This product is Japanese sake brewed in Oita prefecture and the class is "Junmai Sparkling". This sparkling sake is made with local sake rice and local infiltration water from nearby Mountain. The powerful and delicate bubbles from secondary fermentation in bottle are suitable in special occasion. It is a new style sake that has an exquisite taste, gentle aroma of rice and refreshing bubbles. The production process is similar to champagne. By bottling sake with malted rice alive, this sake continues to ferment inside the bottle, and beautiful bubbles are sealed in bottles. By slowly fermenting at low temperature for half a year, fine and powerful bubbles is achieved. It took seven years for Yatsushika brewery to plan to produce this sparkling sake.
