We recommend Sparkling Sake for this summer. Do you know about Sparkling Sake? 　There are 3 type of Sparkling Sake.

The first is the active turbidity type. This type is made by roughly filtering the sake during the sake production process, which leaves live bacteria and makes the sake effervescent.

The second is a carbon dioxide gas injection type. Since the finished sake is filled with gas afterwards, you can enjoy a carbonation stimulus different from that of the fermented type.

The third is secondary fermentation in the bottle, similar to Champagne. This sparkling sake has a pleasant carbonation with a gentle mouthfeel and is also called Japanese Champagne.
