We are excited to announce the launch of the
SAKE INITIE Project.

The name“SAKE INITIE”combines the Japanese word for “ancient” (inisie) and the French verb initier (“to initiate”).
Our goal is to reinterpret traditional Japanese SAKE for modern lifestyles and introduce it to people around the world who have yet to discover its charm — inviting them to fall in love with SAKE.
